Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Personnel to join our HR team and handle daily HR operations, personnel affairs, and payroll-related tasks in compliance with company policies and labor law.
Responsibilities:
Handle personnel operations including hiring files, contracts, and employee records.
Manage attendance, leaves, vacations, and penalties.
Prepare payroll data and issue pay slips accurately and on time.
Coordinate social insurance procedures (appointment, resignation, updates).
Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR and attendance data.
Prepare and update HR reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
24 years of experience in HR Personnel or a similar role.
Proven experience in preparing pay slips and payroll support.
Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
