*HR Specialist*

We are looking for a talented HR & Administration Specialist to join our growing team of 70+ employees across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR operations including Payroll, Personnel, Recruitment, OD, and Administrative tasks, and will support the implementation and operation of our Odoo HR system.
Responsibilities:
Manage personnel operations: employee files, contracts, renewals, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare accurate monthly payroll and coordinate payroll data with the KSA branch.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, social insurance, and company policies.
Handle recruitment cycles: job posting, CV screening, HR interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Assist in OD tasks such as updating job descriptions, performance management follow-up, and training needs support.
Prepare monthly HR reports: headcount, turnover, attendance, payroll summaries, and documentation.
Support the implementation and daily use of the Odoo HR system (data entry, testing, workflows, and improvements).
Handle administrative operations: office supplies, vendor management, travel arrangements, maintenance, and general office support.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation (physical and digital).
Work with employee performance indicators, track KPIs, and support employee evaluation processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
24 years of HR experience (Payroll & Personnel are mandatory).
Experience in Recruitment and Administrative tasks preferred.
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of HR systems (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
