Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and strategies. The role involves overseeing employee benefits administration, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in 6th of October, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the construction or urban development field is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt

Job conditions

• Day off Friday
• Working hours from 9am to 5pm
