Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment (ads, screening, interviews, onboarding)

- Update and maintain personnel records, contracts, leaves & social insurance

- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies

- Support daily HR operations and coordinate with different teams
