Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance logs.
- Manage payroll processing in coordination with the Accountant.
- Register employees for social and medical insurance.
- Prepare and update HR policies and internal documentation.
- Support employee performance tracking and evaluations.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office andHR software.
- Familiar with Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
