Role Summary
The META Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for driving industry-led marketing strategy, programs, and flagship events across the META region, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia (70%) and a regional enablement remit (30%) across the Middle East and Africa.
This role sits at the intersection of industry expertise, event strategy, account-based marketing, and stakeholder orchestration within a complex matrix organization. The role requires strong execution discipline, budget ownership, and the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, often under tight timelines.
The role reports to the MEA & KSA Marketing Director and takes business direction from the KSA General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive industry marketing strategy for priority verticals across META, with a strong focus on KSA and alignment with national priorities.
- Translate industry insights, customer challenges, and market trends into compelling narratives, content themes, and campaign direction.
- Provide industry marketing guidance to MEA markets outside KSA to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Lead the strategy and execution of industry-focused events, including flagship events, CxO forums, roundtables, and third-party platforms.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs with Sales, targeting strategic accounts and priority industries.
- Ensure events and ABM programs align with clear business objectives, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement outcomes.
- Act as a trusted marketing partner to META leadership, KSA stakeholders, sales teams, and industry leaders.
- Manage industry marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, strong ROI focus, and compliance with internal processes and governance.
- Deliver high-quality marketing programs in fast-paced environments while balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor and continuous optimization.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, ideally with exposure to industry or vertical marketing.
- Proven experience leading event strategy and execution, ABM programs, and executive-level customer engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management experience within a regional or global matrix organization.
- Experience managing complex budgets and navigating corporate governance and compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and broader regional business dynamics is highly preferred.
- Highly process-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
