Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Information Technology (IT) Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, managing hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and leading a team of IT professionals. Duties include planning and implementing IT strategies, troubleshooting technical issues, evaluating and addressing cybersecurity needs, and ensuring effective system performance. Collaboration with other departments to meet organizational IT requirements will be an important aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including networking and hardware/software support
- Expertise in cybersecurity protocols, IT governance, and protecting sensitive data
- Experience in project management, strategic planning, and implementing IT solutions in complex organizations
- Proficiency with troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
- Leadership abilities to manage and mentor teams effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are an added advantage
