Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on IT & Systems Support Specialist who keeps the engine running quietly in the background while everyone else does their job. You will be the go-to person for technical support, systems reliability, and operational efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, network, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Maintain and monitor all IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Recommend cost-effective hardware and software solutions with a strong focus on value and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain records of company devices, software licenses, and digital assets.
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Support and operate ERPNext (or similar systems) across sales, purchasing, inventory, stock counts, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with the data team to maintain and improve product data accuracy.
- Use advanced Excel functions (lookups, data validation, linking, analysis) to clean, verify, and extract data.
- Train and support team members in using internal systems and tools.
- Remain responsive and available during working hours to resolve technical and operational issues.
Additional Responsibilities- Leverage AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and problem-solving.
- Support warehouse operations, including:
- Printing labels
- Organizing physical storage layout
- Maintaining accurate digital inventory structure in ERP
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse processes
Schedule & Availability- Flexible 8-hour workday, 6 days per week
- Must be available online during agreed business hours
- Expected to be responsive and reachable for urgent matters when required
Requirements- Strong practical knowledge of IT support (hardware, printers, networking, internet).
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, data validation, cleaning, and analysis).
- Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently without supervision.
