Information Technology Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, and network administration.
• Preferred work experience in the telecommunications industry (telecom, PBX systems, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of PBX systems and telecommunication infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in managing networking systems: routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN.
• Solid understanding of server hardware, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with both software and hardware.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and network performance management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
