Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and
support the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user systems. This role involves
providing day-to-day technical support for employees, maintaining IT security, and
ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for 50+ employees, including company-issued laptops, mobile
phones, and iPads.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and mobile
devices.
Manage and monitor CCTV systems, including backup and storage.
Perform and maintain laptop data backups and recovery procedures.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewall and network security
policies.
Manage biometric attendance systems, including device configuration and user
management.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware and software
support.
Ensure IT assets are tracked, maintained, and compliant with company policies.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
Basic to intermediate experience with Fortinet Firewall.
Hands-on experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and printers.
Ability to manage backups and ensure data security.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
13 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
