Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Agent will advise individuals and businesses on appropriate insurance solutions, including property, casualty, and personal accident products, aligned with Chubb's underwriting guidelines. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, assessing risk and coverage needs, preparing quotes and proposals, and explaining policy terms clearly and accurately. The role involves coordinating with internal underwriting and claims teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Insurance Agent will also focus on building long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, excellent service, and ongoing portfolio reviews.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to identify client needs and match them to suitable insurance products.
• Solid understanding of Insurance concepts and products, including risk assessment and policy structures.
• Foundational knowledge in Finance to interpret premiums, coverage limits, and policy terms in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and professional communication across diverse client groups.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing client information and sales activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable, especially within multinational or cross-cultural settings.
