Role Description The Insurance Agent role at MetLife Egypt is a full-time, hybrid position based in Markaz Sohag, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, present appropriate insurance and financial solutions, and support customers in selecting plans that align with their protection and savings goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing quotations, and processing applications in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Agent will maintain ongoing customer relationships, handle inquiries and policy servicing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality service. The role also involves meeting sales targets, participating in training, and staying informed about MetLife products, market trends, and compliance standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain products clearly and match solutions to customer needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to advise on policy options, premiums, and long-term financial planning.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to work toward sales targets and manage time effectively.
• Basic proficiency in office software and digital tools used for client management and reporting.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
