Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities to work from home. Key responsibilities include selling insurance products and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing insurance portfolios, and providing superior customer service to clients. The Insurance Sales Agent will also assist clients in selecting plans tailored to their needs and educate them on financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales-related roles
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and meet targets
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
