Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work some days remotely. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products, identifying client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key daily tasks include advising clients on insurance plans, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales and Sales techniques
• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
