Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent at Misr Life Insurance Takaful. The position is located in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and selling insurance policies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes handling insurance brokerage and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with Islamic Sharia principles.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Hands-on experience in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Takaful products, as well as Insurance Brokerage practices
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid work setup, with time management and self-motivation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance and financial services sector is advantageous
