Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Insurance Sales Manager at MetLife. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, mentoring and training team members, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve financial performance and operational excellence will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of the insurance industry
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of financial principles and market analysis in the insurance and finance sector
- Team Management skills, with experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the financial services or insurance sector is an advantage
