Role Overview:

A fast-growing technology company in Dubai requires an Interim CFO to provide financial leadership during a period of rapid expansion and fundraising.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units

• Manage treasury operations, cash flow optimisation, and working capital

• Drive Series B fundraising process including investor materials, due diligence, and negotiations

• Implement financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards

Requirements:

• 12+ years in senior finance roles, including CFO or Deputy CFO experience

• Proven experience in fundraising (Series A/B/C) and investor relations

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA)

• Familiarity with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements
