Role Summary:

Independently creates high-quality architectural designs and visualizations. Applies creative problem-solving and technical skills to refine design concepts and effectively communicate design intent to project teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural design concepts and high-quality visual presentations.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, renderings, and design documentation for client and internal reviews.
• Research design trends, materials, and architectural precedents to support concept development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design concepts into project requirements.
• Resolve design challenges and adapt concepts in line with evolving project needs.
• Support client presentations by clearly communicating design concepts and rationale.
• Ensure accuracy and high standards across all design deliverables and visualizations.
• Contribute to internal design visualization standards and workflows.
• Prepare design reports and high-quality presentations.
• Effectively present design ideas to Project Senior Designers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality architectural models, visualizations, and presentations.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools and workflows applicable to architectural design, visualization, and concept development.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and design problem-solving skills.
