Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Interior Designer with 35 years of professional experience in the UAE, specializing in concept design, space planning, and full fit-out coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into functional, high-quality interior solutions while ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concept designs, from initial sketches to detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review layouts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and material boards.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and timely execution.
- Oversee fit-out work on-site, ensuring alignment with project standards and specifications.
- Manage design documentation, including BOQs, material specifications, and construction drawings.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related issues.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Ensure all projects are completed within scheduled timelines and quality requirements.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as an Interior Designer in the UAE.
- Strong expertise in concept design, detailed drawings, and fit-out coordination.
- Proficient in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, etc.).
- Excellent material knowledge, design detailing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
