Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team, focusing on luxury residential and villa interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into well-executed interior solutions that meet client expectations, timelines, and design standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Design & Development- Develop interior design concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, color schemes, material palettes, and conceptual sketches.
- Produce 3D visualizations and presentation materials to communicate design ideas.
Space Planning & Layout- Prepare space plans and furniture layouts ensuring functionality and aesthetic balance.
- Consider circulation, proportions, and spatial flow in residential interiors.
Material & FF&E Selection- Assist in selecting and specifying finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Source appropriate materials and products aligned with the design concept and budget.
Client Coordination- Participate in design presentations and client meetings.
- Incorporate client feedback into design revisions while maintaining design quality.
Design Documentation- Prepare detailed interior drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Support coordination of drawings with consultants and suppliers when required.
Site Coordination & Design Support- Attend site visits to monitor interior works and ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Provide design clarifications during implementation as needed.
Project Coordination- Support the delivery of multiple interior design projects within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized design files, drawings, and material specifications.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or villa projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating interior design projects and creative capability.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in an interior design studio or architectural firm.
- Knowledge of current interior design trends and materials.
- Familiarity with luxury residential design standards.
