Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern – Account Executive to join our team and support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile brands in the UAE.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, working across strategy, creative, digital, social, and production.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Support
- Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client servicing
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, contact reports, and follow-ups
- Take clear and structured meeting notes and track action items
- Help coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, social, production)
Campaign & Content Coordination
- Assist in the rollout of integrated campaigns (digital, social, on-ground, content)
- Support content calendars and asset tracking, especially for social media
- Ensure timely delivery of assets by following up with internal teams
- Conduct basic quality control of deliverables before client sharing
Research & Insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
- Support the team with cultural insights, especially within the UAE/GCC context
- Gather inspiration, trends, and references for campaigns
Presentation & Materials
- Support in building client presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Structure content clearly and visually, beyond simple copy-paste
- Assist with case studies, credentials, and internal documents
Operations & Organization
- Maintain trackers (timelines, deliverables, status updates)
- Manage assets and files across projects
- Support with basic project admin (briefs, approvals, documentation)
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and formats
- Ability to structure information clearly, especially in presentations
- Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Nice to Have
- Interest in branding, advertising, and storytelling
- Awareness of UAE culture and audience nuances
- Basic design sensibility and understanding of visual quality
