Job Title: - Inventory Specialist
Duration: - 6 Months ext
Location: - Dammam - Modon
Role Summary: -
Essential Responsibilities: -
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts, physical inventories), track movement (in/out), and update records in the management system.
- Receiving & Storage: Accept deliveries, inspect for damage, sort, and store items efficiently in designated warehouse space.
- Distribution: Pull and deliver stock to departments, process requisitions, and manage special orders.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate computerized and manual records, analyzing usage trends to set reorder points.
- Warehouse Operations: Plan space utilization, manage stock rotation, and potentially train staff on procedures.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
- Minimum 5 year Plus Years of experience
- Experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse roles.
- Soft Skills: Good in English, Microsoft, Excel-ERP like Oracle, Telnet
- Tools or Software (Required - Preferred): ERP, Oracle, Telnet
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry Background
- Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or higher / Certification-Prefer Supply chain / Licenses including Driving License: YES
