Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Acquisition & Sales
Identify and onboard retail, HNI, and corporate investors.
Conduct sales meetings, investment presentations, and product pitches.
Sell investment products such as private equity deals, real estate investments, trading portfolios, and financial instruments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with investors and keep them engaged.
Provide periodic investment updates and performance reports.
Act as a trusted advisor by recommending suitable investment opportunities based on client risk profiles.
3. Market Research & Product Knowledge
Monitor Pakistan's financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine and customize products for the local market.
Train junior sales staff on investment products and sales techniques, if required.
4. Lead Management
Manage leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
Ensure timely follow-ups and convert leads into active investors.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure sales pipelines are always updated.
Experience
2 years of experience in investment sales, mutual funds, banking, wealth management, or capital markets.
Proven experience in raising capital or selling investment products.
Salary bracket: 3000-5000 AED
