Overview

Our client is a Dubai-based family office seeking an Investment Analyst to support its private market investment strategy, with a clear bias toward Private Equity and Venture Capital. The role sits within a lean investment team and offers direct exposure to deal analysis, diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

This is a true investor seat (not reporting-heavy), suitable for candidates coming from PE funds, VC funds, growth equity, or strong IB backgrounds with demonstrated private markets interest.

Core Responsibilities

• Investment analysis across PE and VC direct investments, co-investments, and funds
• Financial modelling (LBO, DCF, growth / venture scenarios)
• Investment memo preparation for internal IC
• Support and coordinate due diligence workstreams
• Assist with transaction execution and closing
• Portfolio company monitoring and valuation support
• Governance and documentation aligned with UK-regulated standards

Ideal Candidate

• 28 years experience in PE, VC, IB, growth equity, or similar
• Strong modelling and investment analysis skillset
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a small, high-accountability team
• Professional, discreet, and capable of operating in a family office environment

Nice to Have:

• CFA or equivalent
• Exposure to co-investments or fund investing
• Cross-border transaction experience
