Investment Associate

We're looking for a talented Investment Associate to join our growing investment team. This role is crucial in supporting transaction execution, fund management, and ensuring compliance with CMA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.

Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and market analyses.

Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and CMA filing documents.

Coordinate due diligence with valuers, legal advisors, and consultants.

Monitor fund performance, tenancy, and asset-level cash flows.

Assist in investor relations, including reporting and capital account statements.

Requirements:

Valid CMA certifications: CME-1 and CME-4

Bachelor's in Finance (Master's preferred)

25 years experience in real estate investment

Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and Saudi capital markets

Proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV)

Excellent communication in Arabic and English
