Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, analyzing financials, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the financial viability and potential returns of investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the strategic alignment of potential investments.
Portfolio Management:
- Work closely with portfolio companies to monitor performance, provide strategic guidance, and assist in addressing operational challenges.
- Support the development and execution of value creation initiatives within the portfolio.
Market Research and Industry Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform investment decisions.
- Contribute to the development of market intelligence reports to guide investment strategies.
Presentations and Communication:
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate investment theses, risks, and opportunities to the investment team.
