Investment Partner (Venture Studio & Fund – Partner Track)

This role is ideal for someone who is an investor or currently operating at Principal or VP level within a VC firm or investment institution, and ready to take the next step in their career toward becoming a full Partner/GP in a next-gen hybrid venture platform.

Overview:

Rookridge Ventures is seeking an Investment Partner to lead all capital strategy and fundraising activities across its hybrid platform. Rookridge is a UK-registered venture studio with a growing pipeline of 6–7 early-stage startups across Fintech, Cleantech, Healthcare, AI, and Retailtech. In this pivotal role, you will raise funding for the venture studio in the near term and co-lead the structuring and LP fundraising of the VC fund in the future.

We expect this individual to contribute investment capital as part of their commitment and alignment with the long-term success of the platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the capital raise for Rookridge Ventures Ltd (studio entity), targeting angels, HNWIs, and strategic partners.
• Build the investor pipeline, conduct outreach, manage investor materials, and lead diligence discussions.
• Collaborate on the creation and launch of the first Rookridge VC Fund: fund design, legal structure, LP engagement.
• Support ongoing investor relations: reporting, updates, and LP communications.
• Advise studio portfolio founders on fundraising strategy, syndication, and investor alignment.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7–10+ years of experience in venture capital, family office fundraising, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated success in raising funds and closing early-stage deals.
• Strong LP and angel network in the UK, GCC, US, or Asia.
• Responsible for raising capital for both the venture studio and future VC fund.
• Builds and manages investor pipeline (angels, family offices, institutions).
• Collaborates on fund structuring, investor reporting, and LP relations.
• Supports studio portfolio companies with capital strategy, investor intros, and early syndication.
• Independent, self-starting, and motivated by ownership.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and across early-stage strategy.
• Expected to make a personal capital investment into the platform as a demonstration of alignment and commitment to its long-term success.

Location Recommendation:

• Based in the KSA, UK or UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) to access both European and GCC investor bases.
