Join Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of server hardware testing. In this role, you will lead process optimization, introduce advanced testing technologies, and ensure top-quality standards for enterprise-level solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a global environment.

Your Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize assembly process workflows, including the design and validation of related fixtures and tooling prepare and maintain process documentation.

2. Participate in new product trial builds, troubleshoot functional and structural issues during pilot runs, and complete issue reports.

3. Respond quickly to and resolve technical problems on the production line, applying root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

4. Lead or support continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

5. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Product Development teams to ensure effective implementation of process requirements.


Position Requirements



1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering experience in Server/ PC/notebook or consumer electronics assembly is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly tolerance analysis and ability to independently design fixtures.

4. Proficient in engineering design software such as CAD and SolidWorks.
