Description and Requirements
We are looking for an experienced ISG Testing Engineering Manager to lead and develop our server testing team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of advanced testing technologies and automation solutions to ensure high-quality standards across our server products.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and manage the server testing team to ensure effective collaboration.
- Train and develop team members to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Establish and maintain server testing processes, standards, and specifications.
- Plan specialized server testing technologies and methodologies.
- Introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment.
- Improve testing efficiency and depth across server products.
- Design automated testing solutions to support test automation progress.
- Implement and optimize automation frameworks for continuous improvement.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry (PC industry experience preferred).
- Ability to read and write English documentation fluency in spoken English is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills meticulous, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Experience in maintaining production application systems such as SAP is preferred.
