The IT Administrator is responsible for the management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of corporate IT systems and networks. This role ensures uninterrupted IT service delivery, provides technical support to end-users, and maintains high standards of system security, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, and Exchange Online mailboxes.
- SharePoint and OneDrive Management Create folders, set permissions, and manage file access and sharing for users and departments.
- 3CX PBX Management Manage the 3CX phone system, including extensions, call flows and regular check.
- Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Peripherals Handle installation and maintenance of printers, copiers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Network Management Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, switches, access points, and routers.
- System Security Implement and maintain security measures including antivirus and endpoint protection.
- Backup and Recovery Perform regular data backups, verify integrity, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- User Support Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Asset Management Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Vendor Coordination Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and warranty claims.
- Documentation Maintain documentation for systems configurations, procedures, and policies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Admin, End User Support, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, systems, networking hardware/software, and protocols.
- Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
