2+ years hands-on expertise on Infrastructure and DR, End to end configuration, workflow design, implementation, and support.

Skills and Specifications

· Proficiency in scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform) and network protocols.

· Good domain Knowledge in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

· Work experience in IT infrastructure

· Good knowledge in IT infrastructure, Network, Windows, Linux, Unix

· Good knowledge in requirement gathering and business process analysis.

· Address resiliency at business process level

· Aware about RTO and RPO

· Automate Drill failover management.

· Build custom workflows.

· Expertise on building reports and customized reports

· Heterogeneous environment support

· Simplify and accelerate DR processes.

· Optional add-ons for managed services

· Potential of handling multiple tasks easily and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

· Developing scripts and implementation

· IBM RO Administration

· Support IBM RO tool delivery (end to end)

· Monitor RO tool on daily alerts, disruption and drive it till closer.

· Proactively investigate short fall and work on improvement of RO tool

· Coordinate with different team for DR activities and automation implementation

· Fair Understanding of Recovery & Resilience management life cycle.

· Determining the adequate test environment drill & test plan requirements

· Coordinating with various technology teams to develop drill Test environments and Test Evaluation Summaries across heterogeneous infrastructure layers.

· Drill execution co-ordination, incident / issues tracking during drills.

· Experience in recovery testing data collection, analysis and reporting with recommendation of alterations to improve recovery performance.

· Affluent in tools that enable DR replication and automation.

· Improve reporting across systems.

· Ensure the documentation and recording the respective evidences
