Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to support and maintain IT systems, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide technical support across the organization, with a strong focus on ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, cloud services).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Support and troubleshoot ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and IT assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/macOS environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
