Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage our network and server infrastructure, ensuring robust security and optimal performance. This role requires expertise in IT software management, documentation, hardware and software maintenance, and proactive troubleshooting to support the clinics operational needs effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Network and Server Management:
Oversee and manage network and server infrastructure.
Perform LAN/WAN and security analysis.
Implement LAN/WAN and network security measures.
IT Process Documentation:
Document IT processes and procedures accurately.
Hardware and Software Management:
Manage hardware and software inventory.
Conduct software installations and upgrades.
Implement new software and hardware systems.
Technical Support:
Provide timely technical support to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors to support organizational needs.
Project Management:
Manage IT projects from planning to implementation.
Requirements and Skills:
Must have own visa.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts and applications.
Ability to analyze problems and create effective solutions.
Experience working with Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office
Proficiency in deploying office applications.
Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.
