IVF Care Coordinator

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The IVF Care Coordinator plays a vital role in guiding patients through their fertility journey by managing appointments, ensuring timely follow-up, and facilitating seamless communication between patients and clinical teams.

This role emphasizes education, emotional support, and personalized care across all touchpoints, enhancing the overall patient experience in a culturally sensitive, confidential, and empathetic manner.

Patient Navigation and Appointment Coordination

Patient Communication and Response Protocols

Education and Emotional Support for Patients

Cultural Sensitivity and Patient Experience Enhancement

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a formal accredited 6-month Health care course OR Diploma in Nursing or equivalent from an institution accredited in home country

Certification or training in patient services, healthcare communication, or IVF coordination.

Additional training in cultural sensitivity or hospitality is preferred.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

23 years of experience in healthcare or patient-facing administrative roles.

Experience in appointment coordination, patient interaction, or front-line clinic operations.

Prior experience in IVF, fertility services, or women's health highly desirable.

Experience handling multi-channel patient communications.
