As a Java Integration Developer and Designer specializing in Insurance and Broking, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing complex business processes, identifying areas for digital optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Also, it would be required to implement innovative solutions on a no code platform using Java and API knowledge.
Your role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, customer experiences, and overall business success in the insurance and broking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
- Work closely with IT and development teams to design digital solutions tailored to the insurance and broking industry.
- Define system solution specifications as required and create wireframes or prototypes as needed.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop business processes on No Code platform for projects and functionality.
- Proficient in java programming in developing business processes on No code platform, including batches, collections, design patterns etc.
- Proficient in mongoDB technology.
Business Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between insurance and broking teams, IT departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and align on project goals.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about the latest industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that digital solutions adhere to all relevant insurance and broking regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns.
Enterprise Architecture and Change Management:
- Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to integrate digital solutions using IServer tool.
- Ensure that the digital solutions align with the enterprise architecture framework and standards.
- Update all assets, business processes, architecture diagrams on every initiative and keep the Iserver updated.
API Development and Integration
- Design and implement RESTful, SOAP according to best practices and project requirements.
- Maintain and optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor and test integrations to ensure data accuracy and successful data transfers between systems.
- Work with frontend and backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications: Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
- Skilled in java, MongoDB and SQL skills.
- Experience in working on any ESB such as Mulesoft ,TIBCO and API gateways etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a committed, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge on Enterprise Architectures.
Qualifications: Preferred
- Togaff Certification.
- Knowledge of insurance and broking processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Project management experience is a plus.
