We are seeking an experienced Atlassian/Jira Expert to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and optimizing the Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and Jira Service Management. This role is essential for streamlining business processes and ensuring the effective implementation of Atlassian tools in a cloud or DataCenter environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for business processes and identify ways to implement and optimize them using the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jira Service Management, etc.).
- Utilize design skills to define workflows and related screen schemes for complex and high-impact projects.
- Install and configure Atlassian solutions based on agreed processes.
- Provide administration and support for the Atlassian suite of tools.
- Implement integrations with other customer systems as required.
- Generate comprehensive documentation on workflows and processes to support runbooks.
- Demonstrate expertise in Jira automation and popular add-ons such as JMWE, ScriptRunner, EazyBI, Tempo, and BigPicture.
- Collaborate with business users to evaluate Jira and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform plugin testing, installation, and configuration.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator for 5+ years.
- Certified Jira Administrator preferred.
- Excellent communication and execution skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
