Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City for a Junior Client Support team member. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and resolving payment-related queries, guiding clients on using the company's platform, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Customer Experience principles and ability to enhance client relationships
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of online payment systems or willingness to learn is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
