Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Electrical & Telecom BIM Modeler with early-stage experience to support the development of coordinated BIM models and drawings for electrical and telecom systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in BIM tools, and eager to learn advanced digital workflows, including automation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical and telecom systems (power, lighting, ELV/low current, ICT networks, etc.).
• Produce coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models in line with project requirements.
• Assist in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
• Update models and drawings based on design changes and review comments.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of smart tools and automation.

Requirements:

• 4 years minimum of relevant experience in BIM modeling or drafting (electrical/telecom preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and telecom/ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.) and Familiarity with BIM workflows, LOD standards, and project coordination
• Strong understanding of lighting, power distribution, cable routing, and earthing systems.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop, especially in automation and advanced digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).
• Interest or basic experience in automation tools (e.g., Dynamo or similar).
• Awareness of latest BIM technologies and smart workflows.
