Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle Social Insurance, Manpower, and government-related processes.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in payroll preparation.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (attendance, resignations, end of contract).
  • Provide support to employees and handle HR-related inquiries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Presentable and professional.
