Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Madinaty. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, including greeting and assisting clients, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and managing appointment scheduling. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
