Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Heliopolis for a Junior Property Consultant. The Junior Property Consultant will assist clients with property inquiries, provide expert advice on real estate opportunities, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting processes. The role involves conducting property viewings, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying informed about market trends and property valuations. The consultant will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate practices
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or aptitude in Sales
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work on-site and stay informed about the real estate market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or consulting is a plus
