Junior / Senior Odoo Implementer.

Role Description

• Manage the full Odoo implementation cycle, including business analysis, configuration, delivery, testing, and support.
• Analyze client business requirements and perform gap analysis between business needs and Odoo capabilities.
• Identify issues and recommend suitable solutions, including existing Odoo features or third-party plugins.
• Communicate functional requirements clearly to the development team and perform basic testing for delivered solutions.
• Prepare customer documentation such as proposals, solution design documents, and implementation plans.
• Conduct product demos to potential clients and explain system capabilities.
• Provide user training and respond to customer inquiries.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients before project delivery.
• Manage the customer support cycle and prioritize support requests when needed.
• Handle troubleshooting and day-to-day operational support for implemented systems.
• Document system processes, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Prepare reports on project progress, risks, issues, and implementation status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Odoo (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BIS, or a related field.
• Good understanding of business processes and accounting concepts.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Odoo modules, features, and implementation processes.
• Basic understanding of system security and data access controls.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
