We are looking for a talented Key Account Management Specialist– IR for our Dubai office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and growing the eStore SMB channel for Samsung's MX Team. You'll drive sales strategies, build strong relationships with partners and dealers, and ensure seamless operations, all while contributing to Samsung's reputation as a trusted technology solutions provider.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Maximize revenue and profit by setting and executing sales strategies and plans focused on your assigned region/market.
- Build the foundation for sales growth through ongoing communication and support with your assigned partners and markets.
- Manage and develop relationships with key SMB dealers, ensuring their successful onboarding, engagement, and performance.
- Oversee daily operations of the eStore SMB channel, including order management, price registration, and dashboard maintenance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the dealer footprint and supporting strategic proposals.
- Analyze market and competitor data, providing insights for sales strategy adjustments and accurate forecasting.
- Monitor sales and operational status, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eStore, Finance, Product, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations and effective solution delivery.
- Work with the VM Agency to ensure brand consistency and impactful visual merchandising.
- Follow up on billing and payments to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard data analysis, incentive portal analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, order management, and account planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work collaboratively across teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
