Role Purpose:

To lead and grow the retail business of nutritional and sports supplements in the UAE market by driving sales, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to expand and grow client base
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports
  • Develop sales plans by region and customer
  • Lead marketing, branding & sampling initiatives in selective accounts
  • Conduct daily market visits & build strong store-level relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities & execute commercial strategies

Requirements:

  • BA in Business Administration/Marketing (MBA is a plus)
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in petrol stations retail in UAE
  • Experience in Fitness Supplements / Food industry preferred, with FMCG market experience in Dubai – UAE
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • UAE experience & driving license required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent)
