About the Role

This role drives the acquisition and lifecycle management of high-value clients (e.g., corporate fleets, government entities, HNW individuals) in KSA's premium and NEV automotive segmentwith a focus on delivering personalized service and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target high-value client segments in KSA (e.g., logistics companies transitioning to NEVs, luxury car buyers). Conduct in-depth needs assessments to design tailored vehicle solutions (e.g., fleet electrification plans, custom vehicle configurations).

Manage the full lifecycle of key accounts, including onboarding, regular check-ins, and proactive support. Enhance retention through exclusive services (e.g., priority maintenance, personalized vehicle updates) aligned with KSA's client expectations.

Lead contract negotiation for high-value deals (e.g., multi-vehicle fleet contracts), ensuring terms comply with KSA's legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., import laws, warranty standards). Coordinate with finance, legal, and supply teams to ensure smooth execution.

Analyze client needs and KSA market trends (e.g., NEV policy incentives, corporate sustainability goals) to inform product and marketing strategy adjustmentsensuring solutions remain relevant to client objectives.

Organize exclusive, culturally appropriate client events (e.g., private NEV test drive sessions, industry roundtables) to strengthen relationships, showcase brand value, and drive referrals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Automotive, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in English and Arabic; ability to communicate effectively with KSA's high-value clients and stakeholders.

3+ years of key account management experience in KSA's automotive sector, with a focus on premium or NEV segments. Experience managing corporate fleet or HNW client accounts is highly desirable.

Expertise in NEV technology and KSA's automotive regulatory landscape (e.g., SABER certification, NEV incentives). Ability to translate technical details into client-friendly solutions.

Strong negotiation, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsable to align internal teams to meet client needs.

Professional demeanor, client-oriented mindset, and ability to build trust with high-value stakeholders. Valid KSA driver's license.
