Job Description

  • 1. Manage assigned key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • 2. Monitor account performance and ensure SLAs are met.
  • 3. Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend solutions.
  • 4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues5. Prepare reports and updates on account status for management

  • Requirements:
  • 1. 1-2 years experience in account management or sales.
  • 2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • 3. Ability to analyze account data and metrics.
  • 4. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
  • 5. Knowledge of company products/services
