Role and Responsibilities:
- Implementing, and troubleshooting firewalls from different vendors.
- Ability to Analyzes and troubleshoot tech issues for clients, customers, or the company.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, DNS, DHCP.
- Excellent Knowledge with Configuring and Troubleshooting different kinds of Network Security solutions: as (NGFW, IPS, SDWAN, MDM , Mail Gateways, Endpoint Management, ADC, GTM, WAF solutions, DNS Security solutions)
- Understand the customer's technical requirements, business objectives, and strategy.
- Working proactively and collaboratively with customers to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and assess customer's needs.
- Create both High-level design and Low-level Design.
- Provide escalation support for operations issues off the help desk
- Utilize scripts to increase productivity and implement automation for repetitive tasks in operations;
- Ensure all tasks are scheduled and acted upon in the Operations schedule.
- Analyze, diagnosis and resolve incidents and requests and ensure these are managed with defined service levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for monitoring, owning, addressing user requests, questions and incidents.
- Log, categorize, prioritize and assign all relevant user, security related incidents and requests.
- Excellent knowledge to translate customer needs into a solution.
- Excellent knowledge working with IP routing protocols, configuring routing with automatic fail-over solutions between connections.
- Supporting and troubleshooting onsite/offsite
- Excellent Knowledge and experience in implementing different types VPNs.
- Cooperate with team members, and give hands-on experience on many network security devices.
- Understanding of MSP business processes (e.g. service level agreements, hand off from engineering to operations, support requests);
- Experience in migrating network security systems while keeping service continuity.
- Providing full documentation for network security solutions and topology.
- Analyzing data, logs, and correlate to present a full report with solutions to any network security Problem.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and customers.

- Work Experience in an MSP Environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering
- Professional Certification in Network Security Domain. (CCNP Security, PNSE, NSE, JNCIP Sec, F5 Certified)
- Experience working in a large enterprise organization and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, approachable, and adaptable and have excellent communication skills (both strong written and verbal English is a must).
