As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are seeking a proactive and driven Digital Business Development Specialist to strengthen our lead generation function and enhance early-stage customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calling to identify potential customers and introduce ITE Corp's services.
Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach for webinars and virtual events to maximize attendance and engagement.
Manage follow-up communication after webinars and events to nurture prospects and move them into the sales pipeline.
Monitor lead generation results and engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives and targeted campaigns.
Research, identify, and qualify new prospects using digital tools such as LinkedIn, databases, and CRM systems.
Support the sales team by preparing sales sheets, pitch materials, and customer profiling.
Requirements
13 years of experience in lead generation, digital sales, or inside salespreferably within IT or software services.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cold outreach scenarios.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Lusha, etc.).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) is an advantage.
A strong interest in digital engagement and sales enablement.
