Job Purpose
To drive Treasury & Global Markets revenue growth in Egypt through proactive client origination across corporates and financial institutions, delivering risk-managed FX, Rates and structured solutions aligned with client needs, regulatory expectations and Group strategy.
Key Results Areas
- Originate and execute FX, Rates and hedging opportunities across target client segments.
- Build sustainable client relationships and expand wallet share.
- Support country TGM revenue targets and cross-border business flows.
- Partner with Trading and Structuring for solution delivery and pricing alignment.
- Maintain disciplined sales governance, pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Ensure strong conduct standards and product suitability compliance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Treasury Sales professional with experience in originating and executing FX, rates, and structured Treasury solutions.
- Strong client engagement skills, partnering with Relationship Managers to deliver revenue growth and client‑centric solutions.
- Practical experience in deal structuring, pricing, credit coordination, and execution support.
- Good understanding of market dynamics, client suitability, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Operations.
