Our client, operating within the heavy metal and manufacturing sector, is looking for a Learning & Development Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, to design, implement, and oversee learning initiatives across the organisation.

This role will focus on building a robust learning culture, designing training programs aligned with business goals, and upskilling employees across functional and technical areas.

You will work closely with leadership to identify development needs, implement talent development strategies, and ensure continuous improvement in workforce capabilities.
